Emergency respite

I do not know what the cherubs said this morning during their "interviews".

I do not know what is going to happen next.

All I know is that they were taken to emergency respite and this time it was because CPS said it was necessary.

What a nightmare! On the one hand, I'm glad CPS takes abuse seriously and investigates incidents to the full extent....on the other hand, I don't know how on earth they can do this to you and those cherubs. Will this make you decide to give up fostering once Dude and Dolly's case is resolved? I certainly wouldn't blame you. I can't imagine the emotional toll this is taking on you and your husband. I pray that the truth will be revealed and you can get your dignity and those kids back.

I am so sorry for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. This is the ugly side of foster care that none of us ever want to think about. I hope this will all be resolved soon.

I don't even know what to say, Mamma. I am praying...praying without ceasing.

By "Cherubs," do you mean ALL the Cherubs, or just the ones that are in State custody?

Ok, Mamma, I've been gone all week and just got caught up. I am so so sorry, for you and for the cherubs. Will be praying fervently for your family this weekend.
