I just bought a few Bubble Bum inflatable car seats to donate to our county agency, since I was so sick of seeing 3 and 4 year olds in worker's cars with no boosters. I know you're not "supposed" to send that type of thing, but, since her safety is the most important thing, maybe get one and teach the kids to use it, then send it along? Better than nothing..
