I am currently getting licensed so I'm so new I probably shouldn't comment but I will give my thoughts. Pray about what you should talk about. Pray that when the meeting is done you have mentioned all things you feel were needed to be mentioned. At the end of the day you need to know you did your best. Then pray the Lord guides all those involved in this case. Keeping you in my prayers.
Please don't feel like you shouldn't comment! I welcome thoughts and ideas from EVERYONE!!As far as your plan goes Buzy Bee...that's exactly how I'm going to work it. :) I'm always praying constantly when I meet with people like this.
You probably shouldn't say what I would say... But I'll be praying for you. ;)
I know you will already be doing this but since you asked: bring a detailed list of the doctors, testing, and dates Daisy has been seen. On a seperate piece of paper list your concerns: medical, developmental, case/goal concerns. And keep you out of it;) on X Day Daisy was observed during a family visit crying uncontrollably until Cherub Mama renter end the room and took over holding her. Bio Mother stated she believes Daisy will get better. Good Luck!
For starters I would ask the lawyer what s/he thinks is in Daisy's best interests and why. (Without scratching their eyes out if their answer is faulty.) Then what information the lawyer would feel is helpful that you can provide. You need to know their take on the situation and you want them to see you as a free legal assistant providing answers/help.
